For Lease

Take your organization to new heights

Soaring 263 metres to dominate the city skyline, the Central Park tower is more than an iconic Perth landmark. With its unparalleled location at the heart of Perth's CBD and breathtaking views across the corporate landscape, Central Park has long been an address of distinction that resonates with the cream of Perth's business elite.

It is as much a commitment to intelligent design, ongoing improvements, state-of the-art facilities and new technology that makes office space here a premium and much-coveted rarity.

Now, for the first time in two decades, the top four levels of this much sought after tower are available for lease. Four levels so unique, they have become a destination in their own right; one with the potential to elevate your business from everyday to extraordinary - Altitude Central Park.

Central to Everything

Standing at the heart of Perth’s CBD, Central Park is the dominant feature of a fully integrated, commercial and retail precinct fronting three major streets.

The main entrance on St Georges Terrace with it’s distinguishable glass canopy and 5,000 square metre landscaped park, an oasis for CBD workers and visitors alike. Beyond the park’s trees, gardens and rest areas, lies the city’s major retail precinct, the Hay and Murray Street Malls. The boutique shopping precincts of Wesley Square and King Street are also just a stone’s throw away.

Few buildings can boast the convenience and accessibility of Central Park. Access to freeways and other major thoroughfares are nearby, whilst the Perth Underground and Esplanade train stations are approximately 150 metres walk to the north and south. Also The Esplanade Busport is within a short walk. Numerous bus services also operate along St Georges Terrace, Hay and William Streets.

With Central Park’s close proximity to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, Perth Arena, transport hubs, retail precincts, hotels, cafes and restaurants, you really are central to everything.

Business,
Pleasure

With the parks, shops, stylish new cafés and restaurants at your doorstep, Central Park makes it easy to combine business with pleasure.

The landscaped park at Central Park provides a striking counterpoint and refreshing contrast to the hustle and the bustle of the CBD. Extending into Central Park’s lobby space by way of a soaring glass canopy, this remarkable green oasis is an inviting spot for a chat over coffee, a leisurely lunch or a drink after work with colleagues. Gramercy Bar & Kitchen overlooks the leafy park and provides an intimate corner for business meetings or unwinding with friends and colleagues.

Some of Perth’s newest and finest restaurants and bars are located in the beautifully restored heritage buildings directly across St Georges Terrace, with many others just minutes away. For a more casual alternative, Central Park’s own food outlets fronting Hay Street offer an extensive selection of cafes and takeaway options.

For the health conscious, a fully equipped fitness centre is available on site for the exclusive use of tenants. For those who choose to combine fitness with eco-friendly transport options, the building boasts comprehensive new end-of-trip facilities, including secure bike storage, shower rooms, lockers and utility areas.

First for Sustainability

Central Park is one of the most energy efficient tower buildings in Australia with a 5-Star NABERS Energy base building rating without Green Power. Over the past five years, continuous improvements have seen energy use reduced by 30% throughout the building. Further reductions are targeted over the next few years.

Energy efficient plant, careful management and ongoing improvements have seen Central Park outperform many of Perth’s other commercial buildings. It was the first in the city’s CBD to incorporate a solar PV system to provide renewable energy. The system incorporates 49 panels and will generate 16,000 kWh of electricity a year.  In addition, the base building is carbon neutral through the purchase of carbon credits.

Central Park also has a 4 Star NABERS Indoor Environment Quality rating, based on the building’s thermal comfort, air quality and acoustic comfort. This high rating has been achieved through the close monitoring and control of building temperatures, the use of high efficiency air filters, and an ongoing program of regular air quality audits.
